Return, exchange and warranty

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund or exchange the product for another one. Please review the policy below for more details.
Our store allows products to be returned or exchanged according to three cases:
First: recovery
1 - You can return the product within 7 days of the purchase process, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition.
2 - The customer bears the fees for shipping the product back and forth.
3 - The amount is returned to the customer after the product reaches us and we verify its condition, then the amount is transferred to your account after deducting the shipping fees.
Second: replacement
1 - You can exchange the product within 14 days of the purchase process, provided that the product has not been used and is in its original condition
2 - The customer bears the round-trip shipping fees for the product
3 - When exchanging a product for a second product, the amount of the difference between the previous product and the new product is transferred in addition to the shipping fees
Third: Replace/return a product with a manufacturing defect
1 - Thiqa Al Khaleej Store bears the shipping fees in the event that there is a problem or if one of the products has a manufacturing defect. You can return the product provided that it comes with all its accessories.
2 - The returned product is examined, and the period for examining the product and sending it back to the customer takes 14 days from the date we receive the product.
Fourth: Guarantee
· You must refer to the warranty period specified for each product.
· In the event of a manufacturing defect or problem with the product, it will be repaired, and if repair is not possible, it will be replaced or its full value refunded.
· The application number is required to obtain the warranty benefits.
The software and its programming warranty ends upon delivery to the customer.
